- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons Founder’s Feast seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make a Philly Cheesesteak
- First, preheat your griddle to high heat, around 400°F. Brush with oil to prevent sticking.
- Next, add sliced onions and bell peppers to the griddle. Cook for 5-7 minutes until soft, then set aside.
- Then, place thinly sliced ribeye on the griddle. Sprinkle with Founder’s Feast seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping once.
- After that, divide steak into 4 portions. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese and let melt for 1 minute.
- Finally, toast hoagie rolls on the griddle for 1-2 minutes. Place steak and cheese on rolls, top with peppers and onions, and serve hot.
