Ingredients for Your Fajita Recipe
- 1 lb skirt steak or chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Founder’s Feast seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Optional: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
How to Make Fajitas on the Griddle
- First, marinate sliced steak or chicken with Founder’s Feast seasoning and lime juice for 30 minutes.
- Next, preheat your griddle to medium-high heat, about 375°F. Brush with oil.
- Then, cook marinated meat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
- After that, add bell peppers and onions to the griddle. Cook for 5-6 minutes until charred and soft.
